Your first visit with us…

We can’t wait to meet you! The experience starts when you use the online booking system below. Your appointment request will be received by our team and you’ll receive a welcome message back with more details to ensure that your first visit is seamless.

 Next, you’ll arrive and be greeted by your stylist who will walk you through a 15-minute consultation process. We will plan out not just your first visit but a long-term plan to ensure all of your goals are met. 

If you’re here for color, a formula will be custom blended for you and recorder in our computerized database so that it’s always ready and waiting at each visit. We have a wide array of amenities to keep you feeling completely comfortable as your color processes.

Your stylist will create a cut perfect for your face shape, lifestyle and overall goals. Styling tips and tricks are always shared, and extended styling lessons are always available if you want to learn effortless beach waves or other styling techniques.

We’ll wrap up the visit by sharing our recommendations for at-home care and set you up with your next appointment. You can expect a follow up message within the week to ensure that your style is just as expected, and we’ll eagerly await your next visit.

What to book…

Free 15-minute consultation:

All new clients are required to book a 15-minute consultation before booking an appointment. This allows the stylist to be able to book the appropriate amount of time for your appointment according to your needs.

New Client Hair Cut:

If you wish to only get a haircut you can book your first appointment under the New Client Hair Cut service.

When emailing me about an appointment please include:

  • First and last name
  • Email address and phone number
  • A photo of your current hair in indirect natural sunlight (outside in shade or by a window).
  • The last three years of color services you’ve had done to your hair (at home or professional).
  • Two inspirational photos of your hair goals. This will help me know what kind of service we should book and how long it could take to achieve.
  • Your availability: the days and times that work best for you.

What happens next…

Your request is being reviewed and you will receive a response within 24 business hours to confirm your appointment.

A New Guest Profile form will be emailed and sent to new clients once the consultation is booked. It must be filled out prior to consultation.
